I broke my rear frame! You'll eventually break yours too :)
I made a video on how I fixed it to be stronger than the original. I hope someone will get some ideas from it for their printer. You might even do something like this before it breaks.

You can find all Sunhokey parts for print. May be you can print the whole part with 100% infill, may be you can even made it wider. I saw some design that added the motor mount to the same piece. less pieces better
I mounted the front and rear frames to a piece of .750 ply wood using a printed clamp and brace when I first set up the printer 3 years ago no problems so far.
You know I probably should have done that early on :) Oh well, live and learn. It was way in the back and I forgot all about that part until I heard it SNAP! :)
