I've been making some of your suggestions the last couple of weeks, and I really like it! Lots of cool ideas I wouldn't have come up with by myself.
With some people wanting to pay for the models, I set up a little patreon, cause I want to keep doing this... and more of it! so I will be handling requests through there from now.
So, check it out if you have some requests or would like to show your support in creating more of these cool characters and creatures:https://www.patreon.com/user?u=19983551
To be clear, all the requests you guys did so far will be made offcourse!
first of all love your designs, and if you find this idea worthy it would be really cool... My buddy is playing an Ibixian barbarian (goat person) and is currently just using a goat as his mini
Sounds hilarious to walk around with a goat miniature :p Yeah, I'll definetely see what I can do for him, I'll add it to my list :)
I can't wait to see it... I'm sure it will be awesome and he will be excited
I would love to see a warforged artificer as I'm playing one in a game. But any warforged character would do I have only found a couple of warforged model floating around out there.
I've added it to my to do list, I really love that race!
Those are super awesome - I would love to have a centaur with some sort of pole arm.
Hey, that sounds nice, I haven't made one of those yet! Do you have some idea as to character class, outfit and pose that it's in? And if it's a guy or a girl?
A male barbarian - I imagined the outfit as very simple, just a broad belt with a bandolier (or maybe a vest) and a head band.
For a pose I love the idea of him rearing up on his hind legs, and thrusting downward with his weapon - something like this but with a spear or glaive: https://www.quora.com/In-a-gladiatorial-battle-what-creature-would-win-the-Minotaur-or-a-centaur or maybe like this one: https://thumb9.shutterstock.com/display_pic_with_logo/274735/620539172/stock-vector-centaur-with-spear-and-armor-fantasy-vector-isolated-character-620539172.jpg
It might be very hard to get that pose in a printable format though with 2 of the 4 feet off the ground, in which case a running charge would be awesome as well.
I really loved the rearing pose idea! So I just had to make him like that :p
Hope you like him :)https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3618025
That is super cool!! - Thanks, I am starting printing it now, so hopefully I'll be able to post a make tomorrow.
They are looking nice!
I'd love an (elf) monk with a quarterstaff in a... "monky" pose :-D
something like this for example:https://www.pinterest.de/pin/708050372637384916/
Thank you, I'll get to him next. That's some really cool reference!
Wow, I'll be looking forward to it!
Hope you like him :)https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3595862
I sure do! Thanks a lot!
Gnome Wizar/Afrtificer/Tinkerer with a huge hat. Crazy and absent minded.
sounds like fun, I'll have a go!
That's great! I'm looking forward to seeing it. I'm a fan of those other designs of yours :).
Hey thanks! https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3574388
Hope you like him
Wow. He looks amazing! I would have made his hat brim slightly wider and maybe the tip of the hat go down though ... https://i.pinimg.com/originals/2d/4a/b7/2d4ab7e77ff6141947b4ca7f20da702d.png .. something like this. Was that artistic choice or is it for easier printability?:) It's still awesome of course!:)
Thanks! It was a bit of both, printing and visual, cause gnomes from my childhood had a pointy hat https://i.pinimg.com/originals/dd/ef/7a/ddef7ac892c2ad0fa74f6dbb72838fed.jpg But a hat like in your example does add to the silhouette and 'wizard vibe' So I've added an alternate version with a more squiggly tip and a wider base. I figure with some edge support it'll be ok. Thanks for your feedback :)
Wow. That was quick! That's exactly how I imagined him! - I love the glove and the quill - great way to express the idea! Love it!
Do you care for more inspiration?
Hey Thanks! Sure, though it might be a while before I get to it :)
