Rigidbot to CNC or laser

Hey guys! I've been trying to decide to upgrade to a laser engraver and or a CNC and a CNC seems more promising for my ideas. Any thoughts? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Limits for a CNC upgrade:

  • Rigidbot frame is rather wobbly for real CNC usage
  • CNC will be limited to (very) light wood and cardboard. Don´t even think about milling brass!
  • if your RB is still out of the box: u might think about encaseing if you do not want all the milled stuiff in your room or over your RB-Board (and power supply)
  • Laser on the other side should be fine

sure very easy. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:724999 have both. I am making one now. As you look through the remixes check out the universal mount. Can swap between milling and laser.
