RepRap is humanity's first general-purpose self-replicating manufacturing machine. It is an open-source project that focuses on the creation and development of 3D printers that can print (some of) their own parts.

More information can be found at the wiki: http://reprap.org/wiki/Main_Page

This group is a place to discuss and share files related to, but not limited to; printer designs, modifications/upgrades, calibration, etc.

Join to share your own RepRap related designs with this group!

How did you pin this topic to the top of this group's forum? Does the creator of the group have this ability and no one else?

Hi aalexa5588, I created this group several years ago while actively involved with RepRap development, but I haven't been as active in RepRap for the past year as I have been in college.
I pinned your discussion on new forum features, and hopefully Thingiverse will add moderators to groups to allow pinning, featuring, and other actions to be delegated.

Thank you 3D-ME! Appreciate the support and pinning of my topic discussion! Hopefully enough voices pitch in and Thingivers listens!

Hi if you need good filament, try Prusa Research Filament, www.3dcostum.ca, since i used this filament i have better result, it's the new distributor, contact it directly at info@3dcustom.ca. i'm really satisfy

I do have a question, RepRap doesn't sell any hardware they just provide information on where to get the parts that can not be printed?

RepRap does not sell any products itself, but gives away information to build 3d printers. For 'vitamins' (parts that cannot be printed), you must get them elsewhere, however many links can be found in the RapRap wiki to sellers for these printer parts.
