MakerBot Print is our newest print-prepration software, which supports native CAD files and STL assemblies,
allows you to interact with all your printers via the Cloud, and many other exciting new features.
After using my micro for such a long time, I have been testing out cura to replace the old M3D software. Has anyone had luck with this?
You can copy and paste gcode into the M3D software by going to Settings > Expert Controls >GCode tab
There is also a Print from GCode file button at the bottom of that screen.
I have not tried out that feature yet.
As far as I remember the Micro doesn't take standard GCODE. I'd suggest trying Octoprint with M33 Fio. https://plugins.octoprint.org/plugins/m33fio/ Not sure if that can translate Cura generated GCODE or just generate it's own but it's probably your best option.
Yep this ^ I have run M33 Fio Successfully, works well. https://learn.adafruit.com/octoprint-on-m3d/overview
I have to correct myself: The iMe firmware should run with standard RepRap GCODE which Cura should be able to generate:https://github.com/donovan6000/iMe
