Has anyone came up with a good power supply cover?
GeneralDiscuss on the "General" forum for the Geeetech Mini G2s group on Thingiverse.
Does anybody has this stuttering movements when printing small curved or round objects?
I just upgraded from stock firmware to Marlin 1.10 RC8 with "ensure smooth movement" option enabled.
And prints look much better now.
Left is the new firmware, right the geeetech original firmware.
Both prints used the same gcode file with 65 mm/s.
For me the work to configure the new version was worth it.
so i recently pulled my g2s pro out. just got a new computer because my old one died so i dont have the source files for my printer. i got it set back up and raninto an issue. when trying to move along the x/y axes the head lifts. so it thinks the plate is a bowl shape. any one run into this issue or know how to fix it?
I just got my G2s kit, and was very impressed with the speed of shipping as well as the packaging. I've read all of the build guides and am familiar with potential issues. This topic will document the successes and inevitable failures of my build.
Day one was spent oohing and aaahing over the big box of shiny! Oh, there was a general complaint about lack of models/plans for the acrylic parts (kindof important for an open source unit), so I quickly threw together some models for the parts more prone to breakage.
