i have a problem with my Part Cooling fan... When i start my printer the fan is on 100%. i can't regulate the fan.. (0%-100% or start at layer height or i can't turn it off). I noticed that as i want to print ABS and the fan was on. i thought this was normal but i know it's not...
can anyome help me to fix this Problem?
I am using the prebuilt profile for easyprint (see below):
The bed is leveled, but the filament doesn't stick to the bed. The distance between the nozzle and the bed is too great. Which is weird, because when I level the bed, it is perfect. It seems that when it goes to print, the nozzle is raised too high for the filament to stick, and I have no idea how to fix this.
Anyone got any advice? And thank you in advance.
So recently I had a problem with my nozzle clogging. This problem was solved, but I'm getting a new problem where my Teflon tube keeps coming out during prints. Is there anyone who knows why this is happening or how to solve it? Should I try purchasing another replacement Teflon tube? I have now added a photo so you can see what's going on.
So I've been trying to figure out why my nozzle keeps clogging in the middle of prints. Can anyone help me? I tried pushing filament through the nozzle and it was working till the tube the filament is thread through(forgot what it's called) came off and I'm trying to change it now.
Edit: I'm now getting a new problem where my printer is saying MINTEMP BED
Can somebody please tell me what this means? Please help me.
Edit: Ha, lol jk I replaced my Teflon tube and now I'm getting the same issue again.
Hello all. I have been on a mission to make my Geeetech A10 (version 3) print as good as it can. In my quest, I have added a ton of designs for my printer, including (check out my things to find these):
- Z axis supports
- Y axis supports
- Fan covers for the main board
- Wire strain for the A30 Petsfang to get it work on the A10 (this one is in the comments of the A30 Petsfang, as I cannot post a remix)
- Update Raspberry Pi case
Would love to hear ideas from you on what other things I could design to improve our printer. Let me know of any thoughts.
