Hi i have some problems with my filament. after every print i discover that my filamet breaks inside the loadig tube. this breaks the quality of my prints. i buy the deafult filament produced by flashforge themselves. do this happen to others, and how do i fix it?
What?? You mean it breaks inside the long black tube?? I never had that Issue and I can hardly think of any reason this may happen, other than the filament is absolutely crap. But the original FF Filament is actually quite nice imo.
How old is the FIlament? How do you store it?
hi and thanks for the reply. the filament is no more then half a year old at max. i store them as in theit paggeges as i bought them (obviosly not vaccumed) this sterted to happen in like november, but since i dint print that freqently i havent botherd posting it untill now.
What happens if you bend the Filament with your fingers? Does ist break easily?
Also I would suggest, that you post this in the Flashforge group. https://www.thingiverse.com/groups/flashforge
It has way more members that this one here.
It didnt break that easily now that i have tested it, but i managed to break it of. thanks for the suggestion.
