MakerBot Print is our newest print-prepration software, which supports native CAD files and STL assemblies,

So we had a failed print overnight, and PETG for 8+ hours made a massive baseball size blob all over the hotend assembly.
I was able to break away most of it. However, the victims of this disaster are the heater block and surrounding fan shroud - now fused together in PETG for eternity.
I can pick up another hotend assembly online. However, I need to find a fan shroud.
Would anyone have a fan shroud to donate to a non-profit?
Call customer service, they will help out.
And they did, thank you!
Is anybody here good enough with cad to model it? Asking customer service or printing one may be the only solution since they don't sell that component.
This is Thingiverse, of course we can CAD it! :)
However, this is the only printer that can do ABS... Which this would have to be made out of due to the high temps.
Haven't had a chance yet to call Dremel, but yeah mostly likely will buy from them.
If you come up with a model, I'd gladly print, and send you a few.
Thank you for the offer!
Actually, Dremel just up and offered to send out a new one. No charge.
