What is that? It seams something to do with temperature. ("tic tic tic tic tic" and stops)
I replaced the fan for a 5015 blower, and did a PID auto tune.
It doesn't happen every sigle time. And it is always on the beginning of the print. I Have my inicial g code to turn the fans on to cool ozed filament and clean the nozzle and than the first layer is fans off.
Thanks : )
The only ticking sound I ever heard was when the extruder drive gear wasn't able to push the filament though the tube (because of a partly blocked nozzle).
I've recently did some observation and noticed that it happens when hotend temp reaches below 15C the target temp. So, even after PID tuning, my hotend can't handle my new fan and part cooling duct, sometimes. That is kind of ok.
