I notice that you used Filaflex for the joint at the wrist like the amazing Flexy Hand design
I wonder if I could suggest a couple of changes
What if you employed filaflex for the fingers as well? Same as Flexy Hand
You could make it a slide in type like Flexy or a simple rectangular piece in filaflex (I´m thinking you make a slot inside both the finger joints that the filaflex hinge slides into, you put the finger joint in place and insert the pin that holds the joint and hinge in place)

This will simplify the design by eliminating the elastic cord and also reduce the effect of Hookes law - it becomes increasingly difficult to bend the fingers while defeating the elastic cord

Secondly, it would be awesome to have a whippletree mechanism inside the gauntlet. LIke this design
The bottom portion tied to a single tensioner (for fingers) and independent tensioner for thumb
With a whippletree, the fingers will conform to the shape of the object in the hand rather than prevent bending of the wrist when any finger reaches an object

Again, awesome design
