Awesome, I'll have to see if that's any different than the EMT Conduit I grabbed from local Lowes.
Have you tried attaching something a bit beefier to your center Z Gantry holder, like the Dewalt DW660 or even one of the many Compact Trim Routers. Wonder if adding in some bushings for the 2 Z conduits "might" stop any eventual where down for the plastic which will cause some Z slop (guess-timation not based in reality).
Another thing I noticed is if you put pressure in an upward direction on the Z gantry it will pop out of that Nut catch where the threaded rod goes into. This can happen when working on heavier materials (oak, aluminum, etc). Might be better to have the hard stop (the section stopping the nut/rod from bottoming out) at the top of that piece, then create a cap at the bottom that can be screwed in place so that gravity doesn't bottom out the Z.
I do love how simple that center section looks to print, compared to the 15 piece + 500 nuts and bolts version I just created :-)
