Ok, so I have printed the carriage and the cable carrier without issue. But there are a few things I don’t understand.
First the nozzle design includes a thin inside wall (like a sleeve) This has a tendency to stick to the main wall and reduces the overall inside diameter of the nose cone so it no longer fits over the laser head. What is the purpose of this?
Second I don’t see how the cone physically attaches in such a way that the air inlet lines up with the carriage.
Do you have a picture of the underside of the carriage with the cone fitted?
