Printed in PLA and tested it. Any amount of continuous use at decent speed causes heat and parts quickly bind up. I used silicon spray lube. Maybe with a grease it may have lasted longer not sure. Up till it bound up it worked perfect. I connected the end to a motor and you could not physically stop the secondary side as it had so much torque! I may redesign with larger holes in gears for bearings. The drive ends also as the primary side the whole drive melted right into the cap and I could not seperate them. The gears in PLA mesh well and seemed to work perfect, just need bearings. ABS may be a different story.
