T-glase prints best with a larger nozzle. I was using a .5 nozzle on a Hexagon hotend. I don't have the Slic3r profile with me right now, but spiralize was turned on and it's got .48mm layers with the nozzle set to .60mm. Oh and the extrusion rate was at 160%! Temperature was 242C with the nozzle tip fan on full after the first layer.
There was no post-treatment to any of these. I have tried the XTC-3D stuff and it definitely ups the clarity, but works best if you can access both sides of a printed wall. It would be really tough to paint the inside of these vases.
