MakerBot Print is our newest print-prepration software, which supports native CAD files and STL assemblies,
allows you to interact with all your printers via the Cloud, and many other exciting new features.
It was a requirement for the contest as well as to reinforce the Non-Commercial license for eBay and other third party sites. Too many of our designs (Ze_Racing & SG_Design) have been making it onto eBay and the like. If people would follow the terms of the license and eBay knew what creative commons was we would not need it... However with the text there eBay will remove the listings and warn/ban the users for licensing infringement. If we had other licensing options here in Thingiverse I'm sure we could avoid that contradiction however not all users here are honest and follow the rules. We have no issue with those with 3D printers printing our designs within the community for their own non-commercial use, It's what the community is for however those not willing to create their own designs and profit off those that do ruin it for everyone...
