Yeah, but you'd have to redesign the thing as a hollow sphere with a tiny sub mm hole in the sphere. The hole will not get printed because a 0.1 mm diameter hold prints as a solid surface with no hole as the detail is too small. The hollow sphere will be weighted on one side.
