Sorry to dig up an old thread, didn't see there was a reply until now... But I'll take any excuse to engage in some pedantry.
The notation "Copyright 2002-2012" doesn't, AFAIK, signify the period in which the copyright is valid, it signifies the period the works under copyright were created. Duration of copyright is fixed in law and rather longer than 10 years, whether the copyright holder likes it or not. They can, of course, grant others permission to use the work in question, but this does not mean the copyright has expired, and AFAIK in most western countries an author can not decide when their own copyrights expire.
Anyhow, no problem since you have permission to post these.
