Not sure if anyone has published similar results already but I tested PLA, PLA+, PETG and ABS
The result: ABS is the best followed by PETG.
This is quite a challenge to print on Prusa. The default profiles have only two shells so it will break if printed like this. Increasing shells to 5 or 6 is the key. Also using a thin support enforcer to stabilize the back of the spoon near the neck will do wonders to the quality of the print.
Cooling is also tricky to get right, with ABS. It will break near the neck if layer adhesion was poor. If printed correctly you can cock it by pressing the spoon all the way down to touch the table without anything snapping.
