Hey, thank you for commenting on this REMIX. I would love to be able to redesign this to make it work for you, but I have no experience with Fusion 360 or any other real design platforms. I ue tinkercad with basic shapes and try and make things work. it takes me 3-5 times of modifying to get things right and i feel that for what you need the best thing would be to click on the part that shows where i remixed this from and message the original designer.
the airflow issue is something that i just enlarged the opening he had already designed to just fit the fan i had on hand. i agree that it would be better placed inside blowing directly on the Pi, but testing showed that with this design at full load i get a 10-12 degree drop in temp which bring me from 50-52C down to just around 40C... so its fine in my opinino. the Pi can work up to 75C before it starts to throttle back down to save itself, so at 40C i am very happy with that...
Ok, so if the gentleman who originally designed this doesn't respond to you, chooses to not help you, or cant help, I will "TRY" and make something from scratch for you. I will do my very best to make it perfect, and will slice it to make sure it works. although I will not be printing it out as i do not want to waste filament on something that i would end up not using or throwing away. i hope that you can understand my reasoning for not wanting to print it. Well just let me know how it turns out and we will go from there.
