Thanks for the feedback. I have uploaded an updated STL with an adjustment that should allow the limit switch to function properly.
Can you post a picture of where it is too low? I dont use binder clips but there is several mm of clearance between the nozzle and the bottom of the shroud. There is roughly 6mm between the bottom of the shroud and the bed when printing the first layer.
I haven't noticed any sagging on mine so far and I have been printing ABS almost nonstop for a few weeks. Ill work on adding a bit more structure tho around the mounting screws.
Edit: The modified STL has 2mm more clearance and a rib to help stiffen things up near the mount.
