I also printed the wings with 2 walls and 10% infill. Big difference in the strength at only a 15% weight gain. I printed standing on edge but thought about laying it down... maybe on the next plane.

I've got a number of composite pitcheron planes, and they fly GREAT! Lots of fun and easy build, without separate control surfaces.

I'm a little concerned about a 3mm rod as the pivot of the plane -- my smallest on my other planes is 6mm, but that's on a 700 gm plane. We'll see.
