Not at all! There were painted with Reaper acrylics. I used Dark Shadow, with a dry brush of Muddy Brown, then Earth Brown, then a last dry brush of Tanned Leather. For the stone weapons, I use a base of Stormy Grey, then a dry brush of Rainy Grey. Sometimes I mix the Rainy Grey and Tanned Leather that's left to get an even lighter brown and do a light dry brush over the dirt parts. Oh, and I do all this without priming the model (I print them in black PLA and start painting directly onto them). With some, I take a little Elmer's Glue and flock and put a little grass or moss here and there.
