Hi again Markus.

There is no problem.
As I wrote before, frame IS grounded thorugh quite thick two screws fixing PSU to it. They are even more thick than potential small screw with extra cable. That's why factory is not using this extra cable, probably.
To not "just discuss" but speak about facts I've made measurements supporting my words.
I will not elaborate big grounding metal sheet dug near my home, thick cable leading to it, fuses, earth leakage circuit breaker and home cabling.
Starting from my desk:

  1. (1.jpg) - printer power cable with ground connetors
  2. (2.jpg) - connection between PSU chassis and frame (0.2 Ohm is the resistance of my test leads which is shown on 3.jpg)
  3. (3.jpg) - test leads (multimeter cables) resistance
  4. (4.jpg) - whole "system" grounding - from the 230V plug to the frame
