I really want to print this model but so far no luck either. I started with the pre-assembled tail but two attempts (.2mm and .15mm) both resulted in totally fused joints. I then tried printing the tail blocks at 100% and .2mm (with support) but the joints will not go together without cracking. I've read all the comments here looking for clues and tips. I'm using a FolgerTech 2020 Prusa i3 with dual parts cooling fans. Inland PLA (Grey) at 210C. Prior to printing I calibrated with a thin-wall cube and temperature tower. Using Slic3r and Octoprint.
