Love the case design, but I have the exact same problem as Keepars. Printed at 150um, the holes in the lid are too big for the M3 screws. Also, we are using the new Pi 3B+. The mounting holes in the board are 2.75 mm (per Raspberry Pi specs on website) and the 3 mm bolts will not go through them. I believe that the Pi 3 also has the same sized PCB mounting holes. It appears that the case may work better with 2.5 mm bolts.
With so many people successfully printing this case, we must be missing something. What are others doing to successfully print the case so the screws will attach the two halves of the case?
