Sorry to hear your having problems with this print. Some people's machines result in quite loose bearings but the file is the same. This variance is caused by the slicing apps settings and fineness as well as the precision and accuracy of the machine. Filament quality and condition can also contribute to this.
As all slicing apps and machines create different results, but most are fine (as per lots of other feedback), my suggestion is for you to uniformly scale it up by 10% as this will increase the internal clearances so make it less likely for the parts to fuse.
Having said that, usually people can free their bearings... it just takes a bit of perseverance with wiggling and possibly using a craft knife to add pressure. Please refer to the images provided for this.
Last thoughts... I assume you have an effective Filament cooling fan and are printing with PLA. This cooling is essential to help ensure parts do not fuse while printing at extreme angles.
