Thanks! It's the first thing I plan to make. If you put at least a 3/4 or 5/8 hole, that would save material. Then it is still drilled and sanded.
I plan on dropping 7/8 hole pitched 1/4 forward then drill to my size 31/32.
Maybe even attempt to profile the tip within .030" and hand sand or low speed Dremel.
Thanks a TON for modeling this! I only have PLA, hope it's strong enough.
Any chance you could model finger grips for flexible? Or my idea was to mill out 31/32 (or 1") wide by 1.5 or 2 tall and print offset grips versus plugging old balls for span.
