If you drop this in Tinkercad, and make the bottom piece 17.5mm tall, it will match up perfectly to the tops of the USB ports and Ethernet jack. I also made the hole for the Heatsink just larger than the outside dimensions of a 50mm Sideblower fan output, and superglued the fan to the case. My Pi3 is running very cool. And with a Pi3, you can run the TWO LEAD (Only) fan wires to the 5v and ground pins on the Pi, and run it 100% of the time with zero noise... I mean it's completely silent, and I had to touch the fan to make sure it was spinning... You don't have control over fan speed, but the Pi3 definitely has the power to spin the fan at a decent speed, and keep itself cool all the time.
