I appreciate what you're attempting with this project, but it looks like the way you've designed it, the residual limb would "bottom out" in the socket? Let me tell you from experience that you do not want to be bottoming out in your socket as it is quite painful! Most prosthetic legs are worn by either creating firm pressure on the soft tissues of the limb while having reliefs so the tibia and fibula are not compressed or rubbing on anything, or by shaping the socket in such a way that the weight is borne by the patellar tendon, and held onto the limb via a vacuum using a silicone or neoprene sleeve. I'm not sure your design as it stands would be functional.
