I believe you need a high current & lower voltage and should therefore wire the rectifier bridges in parallel and not in series as drawn in the wiring diagram supplied in the instruction manual. See this video for a demo:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lAvCYuNxGS8
This will hopefully give a higher current to charge your battery.
