Wow, yes, I wish I had seen that before. I used a free netFab trial to cut straight lines but I'm not sure how to cut lines like that. I see the guy used Tinkercad to do some modifications, what do you use Daniel to make those cuts? Here are some photos of the cuts 'welded' together. It's ugly but it was just a test to see if I can melt parts together and see if I can melt more PLA to hold the seems together.
