Lloyd Chidgzey is a producer and art director with several decades of experience in graphics and animation production. His animation experience began working as an animation assistant on the feature film "The Thief and the Cobbler" for Richard Williams studio in London. From there he worked on Sega and Nintendo titles for Probe Entertainment including Stargate, Beauty and the Beast, Road Runner and Judge Dredd.
In 1997 Lloyd went to work for Bluetongue Software in Melbourne, continuing graphics development for major console titles such as Starship Troopers, Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis, Polar Express, Nicktoons: Unite, Nicktoons Battle for Volcano Island and Barnyard.
In the 2000's Lloyd continued working on various projects for consoles and PC: Acme Arsenal,
Jumper, Space Chimps and many Ipad and Iphone apps. His most recent completed project was contributing concept art and textured 3D art development for "The Cosmos Is Mine!" PC title.
Lloyd works primarily in Autodesk 3dsmax and Mudbox to create high quality game models and animated characters. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Media design and animation, and a Certificate in business management. He resides in Perth Western Australia where he continues to do contract work in the games industry.
